Aid to the Have-nots

Information technology, economic globalization and mass migration resulting from wars and conflicts are making the inequitable distribution of wealth increasingly apparent to a growing number of people. The fight against poverty is a battle for more dignified lives for millions of individuals, and is also a battle for peace and security.

Assistance for social aid in health and education sectors accounted for more than 90% increase with respect to previous year. The challenge lies in ensuring long-term sustainability in the social sector. Unless it is possible to achieve strong economic development and growth that will cover the operating costs of social services, we may face risk in the long run that we will be incapable in paying for such assistance.

However, considering the grave economic situation and in most of the cases to save the lives of heart patients we have conferred some financial assistance to the needy patients within our budgetary constraints as stated below:
Type of Social Assistance No. of Persons Amount assisted (In Rs.)
Kidney Transplant 1 2,30,000
Heart Operation 3 16,000
Educational Aid 1 4,731
Socio Economic rehabilitation 45 4,38,003

Our utmost appeal to all of you, please come forward and join hands to save the God gifted lives like that 6 years old poor girl heart patient whose father once cried out with tears in our office” She wants to live in this world but I do not know how”. As a voluntary organisation we cannot afford all the monetary assistance alone. Your little sharing might bring back the smile on the face of so many helpless poor parents. Think for a short while.
