SHIS Integrated Counseling and Testing Center was established in the year 2007, to make HIV testing facility easily available at a cheaper cost with proper pre and post test counseling. SHIS ICTC carries out the task of counseling and test of suspected cases referred to by SHIS TB Clinic, MHCS, RCH and Institutional Delivery Centers and STD clinics. HIV/AIDS transmission is higher in people having ST Infection. The STD clinics are well equipped with diagnostic and treatment facilities provided free/ at subsidized rate. |
