Availability of qualitative social welfare services to the community depends largely upon the efficacy with which NGO functionaries discharge their responsibilities, which, in turn would mainly depend upon their education and training.

Traditionally, Training system is supposed to maintain a training process available by means of the Training Institute. Nowadays, Training attracts more and more attention as a tool for so-called “training on personal demand” and “training to trainers” which utilises different training scenarios than a classical Training context.

An employee, student, volunteers and others needs training on a particular subject to acquire additional knowledge, and is aware about a Training containing relevant information. The people access the training institute to find most relevant training material, to work through these materials and to communicate with the subject experts and with other learners working on similar materials.

The CIPODA Learning and Training Programme in the name of “Bhratryo Seva Prashikhon Kendro” which was constructed by SHIS in a heavenly environment in a Ashram like situation, offers high quality development learning opportunities for those person who needs proper guidance regarding NGO management, vocational training, etc. It is a great place to build skills, meet other NGO members and like minded person and to share knowledge and experience.

Much of the infrastructure is already in place. Its aim is to prepare / train to trainers, NGO management, vocational training, etc. under its various training program. The training program's emphasis in Non-Profit / NGO Management and Development with working knowledge of the administrative, financial, and organizational aspects of non-profit organizations / NGOs. Special course work focuses on the particular managerial challenges faced by non-governmental organizations, their unique features, and their interrelationships with other public management actors.

One of the primary objectives of training is to promote a sense of enthusiasm and pride among the prospective field staff.
