With fullfledged cooperation from Rotary Club of Calcutta Chowringhee the programmes aims enhancing the peoples lives in regards to health, communication, etc. by developing the local infrastructure such as road and installation of tubewells.
SHIS from the beginning always gave emphasis in promoting the improvement of health and basic care amenities for the underdeveloped community.

The SHIS – Rotary Club of Calcutta Chowringhee programme has shown that in only few months’ significant moves can be made towards involvement of community in realizing their health and communication for achieveing development. Co-ordination between the local CBOs and rural communities has been crucial to the progress of the project. The programme is gradually integrating into community and sustainable use activities into all its working plans.
